The deal, in plain English.

By signing up for or using Yo, you agree to these terms with Yo Bio Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000), based at PO Box 1234, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, unless local law in your jurisdiction overrides that.

• One human, one account. Don't share login credentials. Bots that automate sign-up are not allowed.
• Pick a handle that's actually yours to claim. Impersonation of a real person, brand, or organisation is grounds for removal.
• A short list of handles are reserved by the platform — system routes, brand integrity, generic words that invite confusion. Trying to game that list is a quick way to lose the account.
• You're responsible for what your page says and what it links to. We're a tool; you're the publisher.

You can't use Yo to host, link to, or distribute:

• Content sexualising minors, in any form. Zero tolerance.
• Hateful or harassing content targeted at protected groups.
• Material that infringes someone else's IP.
• Malware, phishing, or credential-stealing redirects — including clickable links that route to such pages.
• Goods or services that are illegal in your jurisdiction or in Australia.
• Schemes that rely on misleading visitors about who you are or what they'll get when they click.

If we find your page violates any of the above, we'll usually warn you and give you a chance to fix it. For severe violations (CSAM, malware, ongoing harassment) we'll terminate the account immediately and may notify the relevant authorities.

You own what you upload — your links, images, copy, products. You grant Yo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, cache, resize, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service. That licence ends when you delete the content or close the account.

We will not use your content to train models or sell to third parties.

We offer Free, Pro, and Business plans. Pricing is shown on our billing page. Stripe handles every charge.

• Billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled.
• Cancellation.Cancel any time from the billing portal. Service continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
• Annual refunds.If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the first charge, we'll refund it in full. After 14 days, the subscription rides out the term.
• Price changes. If we change prices, existing customers keep their current price for at least 90 days after we notify you.
• Past-due accounts.If a payment fails, we retry. After 14 days past due we'll downgrade the account to Free, which means losing access to paid features but not your underlying data.

You can close your account at any time from the danger zone in settings. We'll remove your pages and personal data on the schedule described in the Privacy page.

We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. If we do that, we'll explain why (unless legal obligations prevent it) and give you 30 days to export your content via the data-export tool, except in cases of severe abuse.

We provide Yo“as is”. We aim for high uptime and a smooth experience, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yo's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Where consumer guarantees apply (e.g. AU consumer law), nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under that law.

When we change these terms in any meaningful way, we'll email every active account at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new version replaces the old one on the date shown at the top of this page. If you don't want to accept the new version, you can cancel any time before the effective date.
